To help to improve our Customer Service levels we have introduced an improved Order Acknowledgement with additional information which will be emailed to customers within 24 Hours of orders being received or alternatively click on the link.
HOLD ON TO YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER
Once we process your submitted plan, we’ll give you a reference number that will
help usmore efficientlyfind your specific project.
DEPOSIT
All non-account customers are required to leave a 50% deposit at the time of placing your order;
with the balance due seven business days prior to the final delivery (conditions may apply).
PAYMENT
Westview accept payments via cash, cheque, electronic transfer and credit card (surcharge applies for credit card payments).
Please refer to the quotation provided for payment details.
Once you have an established COD trading history with us, you are welcome to complete Westview’s Confidential
Commercial Credit Application Form, which once approved by our accounts department will provide you with a
30-day trading account (conditions apply).
CONSTRUCTION PLANS
At the time of ordering the customer will ensure that all relevant information required for your design is provided to the fabricator. Including spans, pitches, profiles, quantities, loadings, window schedules, steel beam specifications, all dimensions, engineering details and council approved plans with accurate measurements.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Please liaise with the Production Manager relating to the timeline of your order and the delivery schedule.
